About Seecole: Building a Kinder Social Network
Seecole is a social wellness app that encourages users to share, support, and connect around emotional well-being, life stories, and mental health journeys. It promotes a safe, non-judgmental digital space for authentic human interaction.
The challenge
Seecole’s initial MVP lacked fluid onboarding, algorithmic feed personalization, and emotional storytelling design. For a mission this personal, the app needed to feel instantly safe, intuitive, and calming across all devices.

We designed an emotive UI/UX experience with thoughtful use of color, flow, and typography to create a safe, engaging space for users to connect through stories. The platform was built as a cross-platform mobile app using React Native for both iOS and Android. At its core, we developed a custom feed algorithm focused on empathy-driven discovery, helping users find and relate to shared experiences. Key features included profile creation, story sharing modules, and peer engagement loops powered by a real-time notification system. The backend was structured on Firebase with real-time database support for seamless interactions. To support visibility and adoption, we handled App Store Optimization (ASO) and provided full launch support.
